タマキについて - "About Tamaki"

Chelle
Tamaki seems like a super cute lady who goes "nya, nya" a bunch. Those cat ears and cat tail look so good on her that it makes my jaw drop like chelly-chell! I'm sure she's got all kinds of secrets, but what kind of person is she normally?

1. "A cat-type beastperson."

Chelle
Well, obviously. It'd be trouble if you said she's a dog-type beastperson... Oh, that reminds me. Back when we were filling out the guild application, they accidentally put me down as a beastperson. I wonder what type they thought I was. I sure hope it was an angel, or a goddess, or something like that.

2. "A taiyaki seller."

Chelle
Yeah, I'm a regular at her place! They're super tasty, nya. Oh, that's right, whenever I'm describing it, I start talking like the owner. It sounds so cute that I just have to imitate it. Interesting, right, nya.

3. "Phantom Cats."

Chelle
Phantom...? What's with that exotic-sounding word all of a sudden. Are you going chloe in the head? Is everything okay? Like, isn't "phantom" the name of that master thief that people've been talking about lately? It's not good to copy someone else's material like that.

うちらのプレゼン - "Our Presentations"

Chelle
Unbelievable. Eh, aren't those Mercuries just unbelievable? There wasn't even anything wrong with our presentations! Eh, by the way, Yuuki, out of our three project proposals, which one was the most heart-poundingly fire?

1. "Yuni's Soaring Yunicopter."

Chelle
Ahh, well, that automatic mess-maker was the most impressive invention, I guess. But if your commercialized products start causing explosive accidents, then that would lead to a real problem in trust. Well, we can just say that that "-chan's" girl has nothing to with the BFFs Club.

2. "Chloe's original brand."

Chelle
I totally get you! Chloe's design sense really is brilliant! And as an employee, I think she's really honest with her comments and replacements for the customers. The only thing she doesn't have is salesmanship... No, that's pretty fatal. There's no way.

3. "None of them were especially fire."

Chelle
Eh, the Talk-to-me Chelle? Of course, I knew you'd understand! Because this little treasure was born from the combination of all our hard work! As the producer, hearing you say that really makes me proud!

アキノについて - "About Akino"

Chelle
My family is at the low end of being upper-class, but House Wisteria is at the top of the top, like, the richest of the rich. What kind of person is their young lady, Akino? Is she the kind of person to take a bath in a tub full of money?

1. "Gets lost easily."

Chelle
Eh, what, I was talking about Akino just now, Yuuki. Don't just start introducing yourself all of a sudden. Well, in your case, I'd say that more than being lost physically, you're just lost in life. Like how I am, too. Ugh.

Chelle

Whoa, that sounds emotional. Anyone would say that she's already succeeded at that, but she's still trying her best. Society would only get better and better with people like her at the top. Hmm, I also want to be friends with her now. Also known as, networking.

Yuuki, it's an emergency! I wanna make friends with cute girls, so please, introduce me to one! What kind of girl, you're asking... Well, the way Chloe would put it, a girl with the same vibes as me... Something like that.

1. Talk about Yui.

Chelle
Eh, she's a serious, bright, and super kind girl? No way, just like me! Huh? Her personality isn't like mine at all? Really... Then, what about her is like me? The color and length of our hair? Ah... Are you sure this is okay? You sure she won't get mad at you?

Chelle
Maho-maho! She'd be a great friend. She's super cute, kururin-paa! But my original plan was to aim a little bit lower. Like, you can't go up to a pro chef and say "I'm pretty good at cooking, too," right...?

3. Talk about Tsumugi.

Chelle
Tsumugi... From Carmina!? Wow, seriously awesome, I totally can't even... Huh? We both have pink hair, so we'd chell along great? Tsumugi isn't someone who chells! Don't you talk about Carmina that way to me!

最近のなかよし部 - "The BFFs Club Lately"

Chelle
Chelluun! What's up Yuuki, have you been maxxing out your youth lately? Don't let your precious remaining moments of youth go to waste -- make sure you enjoy them to the chellest! Eh, what about us? How we've been lately... Huh, well, who do you want to hear about?

1. "About Yuni."

Chelle
Yuni, huh. After the local mixer, I think she's started dropping by Little Lyrical's place pretty often. Kyouka always says she doesn't want to play kids' games, but Yuni always wants to play house, so she throws tantrums like an 8-year-old until she gets her way.

2. "About Chloe."

Chelle
Chloe, okay. She was saying that writing the report for the special course was really hard. She says the weirdest stuff with a straight face, nya. If you think about reports and essays like games where the goal is to max your score when you turn it in to the teacher, doesn't writing them becomes more like a fun contest?

About me, huh. Well, I'm basically handling the public-facing side of the BFFs Club all by myself. It can't be helped, since Yuni's such a shut-in and Chloe's the way she is. The two of them are sure free spirited. I try my best to be the conscience of the group.

先輩のプレゼン - "Your Presentation"

Chelle
Yuukiiii... I missed out on getting the Mercuries' investments... I thought the project itself was fine, but presentations sure are hard. You try doing one, too. Do some PR about your strong points.

1. "Strong."

Chelle
Strong... what? Oh, you mean like psychologically? Sure, I guess. I thought you were trying to act more like us, like the classroom joker who'd yell out "Strong!" whenever something happened.

2. "Gentle."

Chelle
Ahh, "gentle" is so nice. Being strong, clever, or talented at whatever, all of those things take hard work and talent, but you don't need anything at all to be gentle. Anyone can call themselves that if they want to, so really, it pretty much means nothing!

3. "I've got nothing."

Chelle
How humble! I see, that grace is definitely one of your strong points. You're like someone who accidentally scored an 85 when the rest of the world got 40 to 50. That level of self-esteem is just right for you.

ちぇるーんはオワコン - "Chelluun is Out of Style"

Chelle
Bad news. I heard some posers... I mean, some upperclassmen saying that chellu-chellu cutie characters are out of style now.^[1] But I can pull off anything if I try, so changing my character will be easy. What would you suggest for my next character type?

1. "A cowardly crybaby."

Chelle
U-Um, I can't walk anymore... Waahh, please, carry me... Wait, you will? No way, are you somehow acting even gentler than normal? Oh, I get it. So this was your type. I'll make sure to remember this.

2. "Mischievous young boy to the max."

Chelle
Hey, what'd you say, I'm a girl, y'know! Man, you're hopeless. Whatever, let's just have a bug battle. I choose you, Chelluchellu Raiden! ... Huh, this is kinda fun! I might really be able to pull this off!

3. "A grown-up older sister."

Chelle
Oh, my, so is that what you prefer? Heh heh, aren't you cute sometimes. Why don't you come chell with your big sister, just the two of us? It's all right, you can be rough... Hey, wait! I'm not done talking yet! Where are you going!

ユカリについて - "About Yukari"

Chelle
What kind of person is Yukari, from the Mercuries? Ehh, I was wondering because, even though she's normally a pretty lady with a cool head who's good at her job, she's also got kind of a cute side because she likes beer so much.

1. "A grown-up big sister."

Chelle
Yeah, yeah, I wanna be just like her, an independent woman who's good at her job. Plus, even though she's all that and also pretty, too, there isn't a whiff of any man anywhere near her! I bet she doesn't have a single bit of interest in finding a boyfriend or getting married -- how cool!

2. "A former holy knight."

Chelle
Holy knight? Huh, I don't really know what that is... Oh, but that reminds me. There are people who call you a "knight" too, right, Yuuki? What's that about? Do you like ride a white horse? Eh, judging by your face... No way, as much as it's grown on me.

3. "Gimme a drink."

Chelle
That way of talking. You make it sound like she does nothing but drink all year round. I wonder if she's that kind of person, the kind who decides to treat herself after a hard week's work by getting buzzed at trendy bars on the weekend... Eh, why do you look so puzzled?

ミフユについて - "About Mifuyu"

Hold it, Yuuki! What's going on here!? The normally unsociable Chloe practically has hearts in her eyes every time she sees Mifuyu! Just what kind of person is she?

1. "An efficient person."

Chelle
She values efficiency in everything... That hurried way of living is something I can totally relate to. After all, youth is basically a moratorium period between being a kid and being an adult. We should live out these precious and limited moments without any waste. Let's Moratorium!

2. "A freeter."

Chelle
Ohh... From delivery services to mercenary work, a part-timer who's skilled at whatever she does. I see, that's the kind of jack-of-all-trades that I'd want to grow up to be. Being a generalist instead of a specialist seems, yeah, not bad... Ba-dump.

3. "A dragon slayer."

Chelle
That's gotta be it, Chloe's all fired up because she thinks that's cool. You think if I had a cool nickname like that, I'd be able to win Chloe back? Would you mind calling me something like "Pink Typhoon" or "Pretty Devil" from now on?
